Information is openly available to all members at any time. And as a bonus, there's always buying, selling and trading going on between members. We literally have things that aren't offered ANYWHERE else!
(BTW, there's no fees or premiums involved in buying or selling in The Prop Room and there never will be. That would just be stupid.)
